Lake Street is an exclusive neighborhood found in San Francisco’s northwestern corner. It is packed full of single-family homes and condos, and styles range from Victorian to Edwardian properties. Homes grow in size the closer you get to the Presidio, and many feature garages and street level access. While there may not be any major commercial areas here, the nearby Central and Inner Richmond districts provide access to delicious restaurants and trendy stores. 
 
Lake Street residents have plenty of opportunities to spend time outdoors. Mountain Lake Park is located along the northern border of the community and offers running trails, tennis courts, a lake, and a dog run. Beach-goers and golfers also appreciate the outdoor spaces found here. Somewhat removed from the rest of the city, you’ll love the tight-knit feel that Lake Street provides.
