Anza Vista is a quiet enclave found between the Western District and the Richmond neighborhoods. Consisting of mostly mid-sized homes and condominiums, the community provides a calm living environment with easy access to the rest of the city. It is easy to travel to other parts of San Francisco, as the neighborhood serves as a cross-section for freeways and public transportation. 
 
Residents of Anza Vista have many amenities at their fingertips. A shopping center known as The City Center is found on Geary Avenue and features big box retailers like Target. Residents also have access to excellent healthcare at the local Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, making it a great place to live for both families and retirees.
