What does it take to make it as a real estate agent in San Francisco, commonly referred to as one of the most competitive markets in the world? Denis Lancerin has relied on tenacity, diligence, and kindness to make his mark while being directly involved in over $300 million in residential real estate transactions since 2007. A former restaurateur with a degree in economics, predicting trends that impact housing prices is among his specialties, along with marketing and negotiating.
 
Denis has been leading a real estate team since 2019, and he still has an overwhelming desire to help first-time homebuyers and young professionals realize their real estate goals. A background in sales, customer service, retail, and commerce empowers him to efficiently connect and understand everybody’s needs. Providing the best service while adhering to deadlines and helping clients understand the different rules and regulations will always be his top priority as a real estate professional.
 
Although Denis has a busy schedule researching and showing properties around San Francisco, he still finds time for sailing, cycling, and soccer, along with maintaining three beehives.
